Quick Start
Follow these steps to get InfiniTea running with a great first experience. This guide focuses on rank cards, onboarding, and voice channels.
1) Invite the bot and open the dashboard
- Invite InfiniTea to your server.
- Go to your dashboard and select your server.
2) Set up guild rank cards (Leveling System)
Guild rank cards display XP and levels for your members.
Steps:
- Open
Setup and Configuration → Leveling System. - Choose a mode:
- Split: track messages, voice, reactions, reputation separately.
- Combined: a single XP bucket for all activity.
- Enable the activity sources you want to count (Message, Voice, Reactions, Reputation).
- Adjust XP rates and level thresholds; preview the effects, then Save.
This powers the guild-wide rank card that members see when using /rank.
3) Personalize your own rank card
Let users make their card their own.
Steps:
- From the dashboard card for your server, click “Personalize Rank Card.”
- In the editor:
- Switch libraries: Default, My Library, Guild Library.
- Drag and fine-tune elements (avatar, names, XP bar, ranks, etc.).
- Change colors and choose a background (upload or select a template).
- Save or Save As New.
- Publish to make it active for your user profile. Toggle Public if you want to share it in the community gallery.
Priority when rendering /rank: user-personalized → guild-personalized → default.
4) Create your first Join Quest
Use Join Quests to onboard new members with forms and automatic role actions.
Steps:
- Open
Setup and Configuration → Join Quests. - Create a quest: name it, add fields (text/select/checkbox), set required/optional and validation.
- Configure role rewards to assign on completion/approval.
- (Optional) Gate the quest by roles.
- Save and publish.
- Post it with
/post_quest <options>.
Tip: Pair with Echo Role (Message Context Menu) to attach role buttons to a message so newcomers can pick starter roles without a form.
5) Enable Voice Forge (temporary voice channels)
Give members on-demand voice channels with owner controls.
Steps:
- Open
Setup and Configuration → Voice Forge. - Select a voice channel to act as the “forge entry.”
- Choose whether to sync category settings.
- Set cleanup timeout and owner controls (lock/invite).
- Save. Members join the entry to spawn a temporary, owned channel.
6) General polish
- General Settings: set Voice Count, Member Count, and Activity Logging channels.
- Permissions: assign panel-level or granular access to trusted roles. Use least privilege.
