Create categories and subcategories; optionally restrict with roles.

Add a category

1. Enter a category name and description/content.
2. (Optional) Add required roles to hide it from others.
3. Save.

Add a subcategory

1. Select a category.
2. Enter a subcategory name and content.
3. (Optional) Add required roles.
4. Save.

Members can access entries with /info <category> or /info <category> <sub_category>.
