Role Forge

Role Forge is a resetting leaderboard with automation to grant and remove roles.

What it does

• Create time-scoped leaderboards (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly).
• Automatically assign reward roles to top performers at the end of each period.
• Automatically remove those roles when the period resets or when rules require.
• Integrated analytics so you can see participation and outcomes.

Example

• Daily leaderboard rewards the most active members with the Top Chatter role.
• At reset, yesterday’s winners lose the role; new winners receive it automatically.

Inactivity tracking

• Detect members who go inactive.
• Take actions to re-engage (e.g., DM reminders) or log for staff follow-up.

Future plans

• “Collectable” backgrounds for use with the rank card system.

Tips

• Use short periods (daily/weekly) to keep rewards fresh and competitive.
• Avoid granting powerful permissions on reward roles.
